Demand & Fulfillment Manager

What will you be doing
"Manage a team of Planners and respective Team Leaders, responsible for finished goods demand and fulfillment planning from production lines to the regions
"Supervise daily supply chain activities of the teams and status of the key issues while communicating with cross-company functions to achieve solutions
"Lead the development and implementation of working methodology and KPIs
"Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Leaders to achieve Corporate's goals
"Assure alignment between Production planning, Demand planning, Logistics and Sales operation in order to optimize the supply chain performance
"Lead Supply China monthly cycle: FG supply plan, budget and risks and report back to top management
"Manage day to day customer escalations
"Ensure best practices in the Supply and Inventory Planning processes
Requirements:
"BSc in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
"Min 5 years of experience working in the supply chain, planning, sales operations with a minimum 2 + years of management experience
"Strong analytical & communication skills
"Self-starter who has the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
"Excellent problem-solving abilities.
"Adequate English skill
