Looking for an experienced and high-energy Int. Sales Export Manager.
The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales, by building the companies international network of agents and distributors (reps.) and supporting sales processes abroad.
Primary duties include: Identifying potential reps. globally for the company's products and solutions, recruiting new reps. and support existing ones. Collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and visiting key markets and events to generate leads.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies. business development, marketing, technical, and operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
"Create strong relationships with business partners among our network of international agents and distributors.
"Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies.
"Understand the competitive landscape and our Companies positioning.
"Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technical and sales process.
"Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
"Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
"Desire to own projects/key accounts and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results.
"Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
"Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
